Fofi Zeglis-Hadjidakis had commenced working for the firm in 1979 as a receptionist/legal secretary and obtained extensive practical legal experience throughout the years. Ms Zeglis subsequently applied at the University of Technology Sydney for a Law Degree and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW on 14 December 1994. As a solicitor with more than 30 years’ experience in both public and private sectors, I have experience in: • Personal injuries claims; • Professional negligence claims against solicitors, valuers, real estate agents, accountants and doctors; • Corporations law, including civil claims against directors for oppression and breach of duty, as well as compliance; • Regulatory proceedings for statutory breaches; • Commercial litigation; • Property law, having been a part-time lecturer in the subject at UTS, dealing with people from the corporate, government, professional, and business sectors, as well as the broader community. I am sensitive to the pressures upon parties in dispute. As well as legal qualifications (BA/LLB, Sydney University), I hold a Master of Commerce (UNSW) degree specialising in accounting. I have attended the UTS Mediator Training Course, 1994; the Harvard Law School Mediation Workshop, 1994; the LEADR Sydney Mediation Workshop, June 2011. I have represented parties in numerous mediations, including professional negligence claims, building disputes, shareholder disputes and insurance claims. I am an accredited under the National Mediator Accreditation System and am appointed to the NSW Law Society Mediators Panel.

Christopher Crawley is the grandson of AFC & Co, Aubrey F Crawley. Christopher was admitted as a solicitor on 6 December 1974 and has since maintained the family firm.
